A newly renovated and expanded Fitness Center was opened in November, 2011.  The latest state-of-the-art equipment  allows you to work out at your own pace.  An expert staff of personal trainers will assist with one-on-one sessions to address individual needs. Classes including Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Spinning and Aqua Aerobics are led by talented and experienced professionals.
